ok this is my first real time deiting to cut up. i have always been into gaining all the time but i put on a nice amout of muscle this year and ended up also with alot of unwanted weight. i am 5'8 and now weigh about 172lbs, before i started dieting i was 180lbs. i am trying to lean out while still preseveing muscle.
Meal 1 : 6 egg whites, 2 egg yolks - 280cals/24g protein Oatmeal - 160cals/33g carbs/4g protein 1 TBLS Flax Oil - 130cals/14g fat Total : Cals - 570 Carbs - 33g Protein - 28g
Meal 2 : Isopure whey Protein Shake Total : Cals - 210 Carbs - 0g Protein - 50g
Meal 3 : 2, 4oz chicken Brests - 280cals/50g protein Broccoli - 30cals/4g carbs/1g protein 1 TBLS Flax Oil - 130cals/14g fat Total : Cals - 440 Carbs - 4g Protein - 51g
Meal 4 (Post Workout) : 1/2 Bottle ABB Carbo Force - 220cals/55gcarbs Isopure protein shake - 210cals/50g Protein Total : Cals - 430 Carbs - 55g Protein - 50g
Meal 5 (dinner changes every day) : Meat - 250cals/45g protein(about) 1/2 serving of a carb - 75cals/16g carbs/1g protein(about) Vegetable - 30cals/4g carbs/1g Protein(about) Total : Cals - 355 Carbs - 20g Protein - 47g
Meal 6 (Before Bed) : 2 cans of Tuna - 350cals/0g carbs/75g Protein 1 TBLS Flax Oil - 130cals/14g fat
TOTAL FOR DAY : Cals - 2,485 Carbs - 112g Protein - 301g
My approximate time between meals is about 2-3 hours. i drink about a gallon of water thoughout the day. I am also taking an ECA stack 2 times per day. Once in the morning and again before i work out. I am a landscaper in the summer so i should get enough cardo a day from that. i sweat like crazy and there is no way i could do any other cardo nor do i feel i need to.
Please tell me what u guys think and if i am on the right track and if not please tell me what i should change. |

Looks excellent IMO!!! Maybe too many calories?? (depends on your maintenance requirements)
Breakfast could use a little more protein.

thanks Drveejay11, yeah i agree that i need more protein at breakfast but i just cant force down any more egg whites lol. but i am gunna look in to buying Labradas new lean body breakfast.

actually bro the diet looks pretty damn good to me, I am not sure what your bmr is, but I think you are ok, the only thing I would maybe suggest is taking your flax from breakfast, and putting it into your shake at meal 2. I am not a huge fan of mixing energy sources when not necessary

would this be a good diet on DNP, ECA(was told to defenetly do it with DNP) and Winny? cause Cals enough and the Carbs are preatty good... what do you guys think?
