IM about to start a 75mg eod of Fina cycle. I want to put on as much lean weight as I can. I weigh 161 and im 5'8 right now and I want to get up to about 175. Can someone tell me what type of nutrients I need to load up on and which ones I need to stay away from. protiens,carbs,cals,fats,amino's etc.
