documentary of some guy who only eats mc donalds for 30 days 3 times a day 5000 cals and gains 30 lbs. what would this diet be like for someone who has a very fast metabolism and trains on a 5/2 day split to try and bulk from 170 -200 while on cycle. figured it will be very east to cut when done bulking cause of fast metabolism. lean and muscular now but want to bulk . and I never eat the fries or soda! and I will get adequete protein during. rook. |

bad idea. it would be poor quality protein, really bad carbs, & and too much fat, and mostly saturated. that movie is telling you how horrible it is for your health. you would gain weight, but most of it would be fat w not enough protein to get good muscle gains. clean bulking foods would be cheaper anyway, and eating 3 times a day is crappy.

I agree. If you do try it, any chance of getting a lipid profile before and after? I would love to see what that looks like. Depending on your body you could live to 100 on that diet or die in 2 years. Very hard to tell...

I only planned on doing it for 2 weeks 3 meals, and 3 healthy meals to get 6 meals a day in 5000 cals. while taking plenty of protein, egg, whey, and PM protein, and salmon . dont others get fat and bad health from eating this way and not training or getting any real protein. I have a very fast metabolism I guess from my nerves (anxiety) I put on 30lbs in a year and a half naturally but still look skinny (170) 5'8''. would Iberet 500 be a good multiviatamin to try ? the only meals I buy are sandwhichs no fries or soda and no breakfast sandwhich instead hotcakes and sausage. thanks. livin in the city where the skinny niggas die.
