ok i bought some "omega 3-6-9" and it tastes like crap, but im sure yall already know. I cant mix it with my protien drink, makes me want to puke.

I found that it doesnt taste too bad when i use the oil as a "non-stick" for my skillet when cooking eggs in the mourning.

My question is.....am I burning up all the EFAs when i pour it in the skillet?
