just wondering for all the guys out there bulking, eating 4500+ calories a day, are you still able to stay defined , and keep your abs while doing this??? interested to know, i'd like to start eating like this but at at tehr sik of losing my definition. thanks c |

If you eat clean while bulking, you can gain quite a bit of muscle without a lot of fat gain. You have to remember that when bulking you WILL gain fat, but your diet will be the main factor of 'How much fat' you gain.
Bulking clean is the best way to go IMO.

theres no way to bulk and not put on fat. You could put on minimal amounts but thats it. Eat clean and youll lose the fat you put on without a problem.
