I am trying to put on as much weight as possible for cheap and have been taking muscle milk. It has 32 grams of protein and 638 calories. And it is only 27 bucks at my gym. MuscleMilk is good but I think its over priced. If your concerned about money, then it much cheaper to eat real food.
