  Ok here's the situation

 Ok here's the situation

I am 6' and 200lbs. I am approx 14% BF. I am a retail manager and never know what the day holds in store for me so it is tough to say I will be able to eat every 2 hours, or even get to eat at all some days. I typically don't eat breakfast because i get up to go work out at 5:30am and don't really feel like eating that early in the morn or post workout. I do have a post workout whey and muscle milk drink. I do about 15-20 mins of cardio (tred on 3.5 at 10 incline) twice a week. My current diet is a 44oz smoothie king shake with whey and multi vitamin @ approx 11am then sometimes I eat a meal in the eve at approx 9pm (when i get home) or have another shake at about 7 or 8pm with whey.

Based on their website these are the approx stats of the shakes without the added whey: Calories 660, Fat (gm) 1, Saturated Fat (gm) .38, Calories from Fat 8, Cholesterol (mg) 4, CArbohydrates (gm) 158, Protein (gm) 12, Sodium (mg) 142, Dietary Fiber (gm) 8.

As you can tell by my get it quick menu I am an "on the run" guy. I need something I can do for a diet that would be better for me and for thinning down. Not to concerned about Losing some muscle since once I get my BF down I can begin a nice AAS bulking cycle. The other problem I have is when I eat I like to EAT! When I order a pizza I eat A PIZZA, oh sorry did you want something to eat also? I don't know if there are foods that are Low cal yet more filling than others. In Summary my dream is quick, short and plentiful. (or best idea's will suffice)

Gotta learn to pre-cook and then package your food at home!!!
Protein shakes (they have mini stirrers) are also an option.

Pre cook, and pre package all your meals ahead of time. Take your damn breaks at work and eat! Eat food, not whey. whey is only 2 times a day with meals, they are not THE meals!

Health comes first! Skipping meals is a NO NO! You will regret it.

No excuses. Get serious.

This is not a flame so dont get mad, just listen.

I appreciate the info. I dont get mad and didnt take it as a flame. I made this post knowing that it was bad for me just wanted some ideas and that is exactly what you gave.

On pre packaging what is best? what would be my best option and lowest cal option? Tuna sandwiches and maybe some veggies(which veggies?) or maybe boneless breast (chicken not female) and vegies?(again which veggies?) and how much of each should/can i eat since I like to eat ALOT (which hopefully will change if i can discipline myself into eating more often.

Breaks? what are breaks?

Thx again

There are no rules. Cook and prepare whatever you want.

Breaks, it is against the law for someone to tell you that you dont get breaks at work. Health comes first! Skipping meals lowers you blood sugar to nothing, and then when your starving, you eat like a horse and it goes shy high. Those highs and lows are bad for your natural insulin or something. Its just pure unhealthy!!!!!!!!

THat actually explains alot. Great info.

Yeah no one tells me I can't have breaks, although there are days when I am flying solo so breaks are not an option and yes I know it is against the labor laws. I am just a workaholic.
