you know i drink 5 amplify protien shakes a day, four scoops a shake 400g of protien ED i hate the taste so today i wake up my wife has my shake made for me i drink it and the SHIT IS PRETTY GOOD she added 2 scoops of Ovaltine, its a great idea just thought id share
