so, when you guys talk about double sessions and what not, 90 to 120 mins of cardio, what exactly do you do? that's an awful long time.......... thanks........ |

I don't like those marathon sessions of cardio, I think they are completely unnecessary. I usually do 20-30 minutes of HIIT style cardio.

Either................. Wind Sprints, Regular Sprints, Sled Sprints, Sand Hill runs, a ciruit of light OLY lifts, and best of all KB cicruit.

Hop onm the treadmill set the speed to 3 and the inline to 10 degrees and walk for 30-45 minutes.
