 My belly bulked too much !


Maybe im posting this in the wrong forum ?
...but since this is both about AS and diet, here goes !

Im 250 lbs, 186cm and have trained for 14 years, but have never been on a fatloss diet. (im a diet n00b)

The last 3-4 years i have aalways used test+winstrol 10 weeks every summer and grown while getting in better shape at the same time.

Now im currently on a Dbol+primoteston+EQ cycle...and it kicks azz !! (got 5 weeks to go)
BUT !!...i seen to have quite a belly this year, and even though im doing a "bulk" cycle, then i dont want to get fat !

so i have changed my diet a little, a have basically cut all carbs after 3pm and just finished the Dbol, now there is only the PRIMOTESTON+EQ left !

My diet:

9 am. - outmeal-big wheyproshake

12 - pasta+ beef+veggies

15 - oatmeal+tuna/chicken

TRAINING

17 (right after training) - big wheypro shake

19 - 2 chicken breasts, salad, 3 ricecakes, proshake (before i had lots of carbs here)

22/23 pm. - Big whey/milk proshake.


Does this diet seem sensible ? should i cut more carbs ? or accept that the test, dbol, EQ just made me gain a little belly ?

Any help isappreciated !

i did the same exact cycle and i lost all defenition in my stomach, which now juts out

oki doki, ill then throw some winstrol inthe mix !
...that along whit no carbs after 3 pm. should help me loose fat and stil gain muscle !
+ i walk 40 min 4 times a week !

Any comments ? i DONT want to loose musclemass

j/k i would start cutting carbs back a bit and try a variety of things, swimming, hitting the heavy bag (or the speedbag), jumprope, jogging, etc.

i played basketball for 2 hrs yesterday (since it was so nice) and it was one of the best cardio workouts ive had in years.

cardio doesnt have to be boring, it is just important to keep your pulse rate up, keep sweating, keep moving. don't overdo it tho.

LOL, i meant 40 min AFTER workout 4 times a week !

i sad to say i cant run (i have dislocated my knee 3 times, and had surgery...cant run og make freaky turns on it any more )

my main concern is, that im afraid to loose musclemass !
...hours of cardio is not good when on AS, is it ? makes the heart grow more ? or what ?
