Pre-Workout
23 g of whey (ON) 22g egg protein 3 tbls raw natural honey (about 50g carbs) 4g arginine powder 1 tbsp udos oil 1/2 a banana 1 cup 1% milk ice cubes
(I may put other things like host defense and ester c and such, but above is the mainevent.)
Post workout
46g whey (ON) 5-7g glutamine 1 cup 1% milk ice cubes

Oh - keep in mind I am cutting. 1800 cals per day max about 200-250 g protein per day

I would add a carb source to the post-workout meal. Since your cutting, maybe split up the honey and bananna between pre-workout and post-workout.
I prefer something like this though...
Pre: -5 oz. chicken breast -1 cup brown rice
Post: -45g whey -20g dextrose -1/3 cup oatmeal

this is what i do
PRE ( 1 hour before ) = 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 45grams of whey protein ( half hour before ) = 40-50 grams of pure dextrose
POST = 40-50 grams of pure dextrose, 45grams of whey protein

No carbs before a workout man insulin will halt your growth hormone secretion that you need during a workout and cortisol will become dominant very quickly

I would take the milk out of your pre and post workout shake. It will slow absorption of nutrients and likely give you an upset stomach. I think a simple carb source with some whey protein beforehand would be fine.
