I had my body fat done with calipers and I have 25mm of fat on the abs. He did it 3 times and got 24mm and 28mm the other 2 times.
I am 5'9 225. I am cut everywhere else, only holding fat right in the front of my abs.
Do you guys consider that alot of fat?
