For breakfast I want to eat either 2 Wholeweat toast 60g or a bowl of oats in milk 60g. I also have 30g whey protein every morning. Which is better, the Toast or the Oats. Bear in mind that I am not bulking right now and what other foods would be good for breakfast. |

Oats are definitely a better choice.
I would also eliminate the milk and just use water.

Why not have say half cup water and half cup semi skimmed milk just to make it taste better. Must taste bad mixed in just water?

Oatmeal would definitely be my choice.
