Hey-
I was wondering what type of diet is best suited for running Clen, maintaing lean body mass and perhaps even gaining some LBM, right now I'm 6'3" 220 and probably about 11% bf.....

alot of poeple say keto is not good with clenbuteral. Thats the deit i was going to use.

Ive found for personal use I have to always eat some carbs then take the Clen, if I dont I get a horrible headache even if I split the tabs in half and take lower does.

you want to get a good clean diet before you even start taking the Clen. ..or the Clen wont be able to work to it's full potential.
