  Food Scale

 Food Scale

Today right after I lifted weights I went to Costco to buy my 10pound supply of chicken breast like usual and I also decided to buy a scale. I bought it b/c I really never knew how much chicken I eat per meal. So I cooked my chicken on the GF grill and then I put them on the scale. It weighted in at 18oz. Am I weighing this correctly? If not then wtf em I doing wrong? And how many grams of protein do u think I had in this chicken?

Im pretty sure you should always weigh food before you cook it.

Are u sure bro b/c before u cook it its a lot heavier b/c of the water?

Im not completely sure, but whenever i hear of people weighing food such as chicken it is always done before cooking.

Weight before cooking. You will notice that if you go by McDs or BK and buy a 1/4 pounder it will always say 'before cooking'. It's the same thing.
