why are you going to do 2 sessions of cardio in one day? you might start losing muscle mass doing that. Oh yeah, i'd switch up between tuna and turkey, b/c Tuna has a lot of mercury in it, and really only good to eat 3x a month.

AC, don't worry about mercury in tuna. Tuna has been a staple of my diet since I started in the game. Its super cheap and easy to prepare. As far as the cardio, I'm doing 2 sessions a day to maximize my fat burning. I shouldn't lose any muscle as I'm not on an extreemly low cal diet and my exercise intensity isn't super high. My body responds best to two sessions a day.

what do you do for cardio pipes? i been doing the eliptical for 30 minutes, but when i was running 5k 3x a week a couple months ago i think i was getting better results, even though the eliptical says i burn like 600 cals in 60 minutes...
