What about while on AAS? 21-22 calories per pound of bodyweight sounds good to me. Maybe not for cutting, but for moderate/big mass gains.

way to general , how many bros do you know who eat like a horse and are skinny as hell , or the other way around . find your maintainance calorie intake and adjust it up or down for cutting or bulking
