Well I accidently left out the flaxseed last night and was wondering if it would still be good even though it wasn't refigerated for like 6-7 hours. |

Does it smell extra skanky?
If it was oput overnight, I'm assuming the temp was pretty low anyways, if so, it should be fine.
But the smell test is always good.
I can't stand the smell or taste of flax oil BTW

yes it will go bad conjegated (sp) linoelic acid is extremely sensitive to temp and sunlight.
