What should I eat before and after cardio....im guessing a regular protein shake (in water, with a banana, and honey), but im lost as to what to eat before. I guess just another high protein, high carb, low fat meal? |

I never eat directly before doing cardio, I give myself at least 1 hour to digest before cardio

You should have a protein shake with water and some carbs before cardio.
If you don't have aminos available, you will go catabolic. Otherwise, cardio will actually be mildly anabolic.
After, you will also want a shake, no carbs though.
