Ok got a question..I know everyone throws up the macros for their diet..Since im cutting right now on a 50p/20c/30f cals=10*bw would rather have more feedback related to this..How many people only count protein from animal sources and exclude those from things like oatmeal, natty PB ?

I count them only if they are high enough. I don't worry about 2 or 3 grams here and there.
