i wake up at 6:00 in the morning and i can not eat eggs. i love eggs but i cant eat it in the morning. its just so hard to get down.
anyway, does anybody no a good morning snack or meal that is easy to consume???

Blend up like 4 raw eggs with milk and protein powder.

I have a protein shake as soon as I wake up in about 1/2 hour I am ready to eat eggs, an hour later I have another full breakfast at work. The protein shake 1st thing seems to stimulate my appetite.

anyone else have any ideas? i meant to say meals/snacks that go with a bulking diet....something reasonalbly high in protein
