im trying to get alot of protein in my diet but im not really sure of the amount of grams that are in these foods. can someone post these.....
1. Chicken parm (1 chicken breast) 2. 2 cans of tuna 3. 12 oz steak 4. bacon 5. egg salad (approx. 3 eggs)
and thats about it. if anybody knows how much protein there are in each of these foods, please post.

Not sure if you care but chix parm is breaded, lot better ways to prepare chix for a protein source and avoid unnecessary fat; same goes for the egg salad (mayo, etc). Tuna should give you the breakdown on the label somewhere, and it depends on the size of the can that you're asking about, same with the type of steak, how much bacon, etc.
