the egg whites that are in the cartons are pasteurized so you should be fine. I just think it's gross....lol

thanks fyre. it is kind of gross but id rather down a glass of that then try and stuff down 18-20 cooked egg whites every morning. do you have any other alternatives. thanks again

You can mix them with a protein shake, I used to do that, but I found it was more effective to buy 6 dozen eggs and use an egg white seperator and cook the eggs up. Egg Beaters are pretty cheap at sams club though, or CostCo, whatever you got
