 anabolic diet

I tried posting this in the diet forum but that forum is as dead as my grandfather. I think this will work well with the gear I am gonna get in 1-2 weeks. What you guys think?

7:45am- 5 whole eggs, 2 oatmeal bags

9:45am- 30gram protein bar

12:00pm- 3 tuna sandwiches with lettuce, tomato, mayo on rye bread

4:15pm- weight training

5:30pm- 1 pound of chicken breasts with potatoes or rice with salad.

8:00pm- 1-2 cans of tuna with rye bread and some veggies

10:00pm- same as the meal at 5:30

I drink alot of water and V8 splash and also have 2 40gram protein shake randomly in the day.

Do you think its unhealthy to eat a meal like that at 10pm? And around how much cals, protein, carbs do you think my diet has?

I would suggest adding some cottage cheese to your 10pm and maybe down it to 8oz of chicken at night. Also make sure one of your protein shakes is just before the workout, otherwise you'll be lifting on an empty stomach (not good). 40g whey will cover that base pretty well.

You go without food for a long time afetr the 12:00 meal 2 more in there would be nice. Say 1 at 2:30 and a shake with dextrose/protein post w/o plus the 5:30 meal when you get home from the gym.
