tuna's the cheapest and easier, i also like canned salmon *not plain* try out this: take your favorite bbq sauce, there is even a low-carb one from lawry's now, throw it on a can of salmon on the grill, toast some whole wheat bread, make a sandwich. it works

Yeah Im wondering the same thing, after eating so much chicken, just the thought of that dry, pasty taste make me want to throw up
today I was tempted to just blend it up full blast and drink it!
