If I am doing cardio in the am and my strength training in the pm, how to adjust my diet acording (ex when do i have a protein shake when should i eat prior to each and what should it be...) | | Reply » dieting with spilt workout |
im doing the same thing... normally i do cardio on an empty stoumach, then eat a regular breakfast (7 whites, 1 whole egg, oatmeal) and resume normal eating patterns until my afternoon workout at 5, then after that i have a protein drink, and about an hour later protein, veggies and a few carbs free off fat... and that is good to hold me until the next morning!
