i am 230 pounds and 12%bf might have dropped since dieting for 3 weeks. I have seen some changes in my body but my problem is a have a really thick body and always look like i am holding water. My mother was tellin me she is prescribed meridea and lasix and her mother was also on water pills. is there anyway to get more vascular and reverse my genetics. i have veins on my forearms and two on my hips. idk i try to watch my sodium but nothing i do seems to help.
