Some of the protein powders have different additives to make the whey more digestable, if you are not lactose intolerant it should be fine. I am curious, where did you buy this, is it cheaper than protein powders like Optimum Nutrition 100% whey, and how does it taste?

Does it list nutritional stats? Depending on how it was mfgd it would be high in fat and/or LOADED with cholesterol. I've seen cheap whey with cholesterol as high as 100mg per scoop.
