well i know that being in the uk u can't just buy liquid egg whites
I have to sit their spliiting the yolk from the white in the morning too
lol
I've managed to get used to it
clean the egg very nicely in the center of the egg. Gently pour out the white then when u get mostly yolk, toss it into the other half of the shell allowing more white to come out, keep doing this slowly till u have very little egg white left... hey gary rhodes can't be wrong
