What do you all think of it? I don't eat nearly enough veggies but I love this stuff.
How does it compare to non-puree veggies?

Its ok but get the low sodium V8 because it has a lot of salt in it. Real veggies are still better, for the fiber and the nutrients.

If you can eat the real stuff, then eat real veggies but V-8 is great if you don't have a chance to get your veggies in. And yes, I would agree to go with the lower sodium version.
