Will 1 tbsp of flax oil slow the absorbtion (sp) of my whey down considerably enough not to use flax after a workout? I usually do 1 tbsp flax oil some water and ice with 2 scoops of whey post workout. Should I leave the oil out so it will absorb (SP) faster |

Yes, fat will slow the adsorption of the whey, but I'm not sure by how much. If you are really looking for quick adsorption of they whey, combine it with a 50/50 mix of dextrose and maltodextrin for an insulin spike.

No fat postworkout. It's only going to work against ur goal of creating a spike and getting the protein in quick.

You don't really want super fast protein post workout, provided you take a preworkout shake. Your amino levels will be elevated and slower protein will serve to keep them that way.

Don't add your flax to your post workout shake. Your post workout shake should be a protein/dextrose shake. If you're taking in 40grams of protein post workout, then mix it with 80-100g of dextrose and water. You want to refuel those glycogen stores as quickly as possible and the fat will just slow it down.
