  Too many cals per meal?

 Too many cals per meal?


I've been eating 500-700 calories per meal and about 4 meals per day sometimes 5

I was wondering if 700 calories per meal is too much? ever since i added fish oil (180 calories per serving) flax (130 cals per serving) and olive oil (120 cals per serving i am finding it hard to have a meal with less that 700 calories...the only time i ever get less that 500 if when i have my post workout shake with about 470 calories?

my goals are just slowly cut for the summer

It depends on a lot of things.

How much do you weigh? What is your activity level?

its suggested to eat 6 times a day, so you would lower your caloric intake per meal to match that.

Well considering your stats, you're probably gonna need to get a little more strict with your diet.

I mean 4X700 is 2800 calories for the day minimum, like you said.

You should aim for less than 2500 at most. I suggest stocking up on Tuna

BTW, why are you eating Fish, Flax and Olive oil.

For the Omega 3s? You can get all that you need from fish oil caps. Take 6 g a day, thats 54 calories.
