I am on a 400mg a week cyp cycle and am not sure when to eat my last meal of the day? Should i eat as much as possible all day or is there somethin i shouldnt be eating before i go to bed? |

I eat before bed, wake up 4 hours later and eat again. Its your call bro.

I always eat some cottage cheese and some efa's before bed.
Usually about a cup of cottage cheese and a tablespoon of Udo's Oil.
