when i do groceries my trolly usually has:
oatmeal sweet potatoes frozen mixed veggies brocolli prawns salmojn chicken rye bread natty pb sugar free jello sugar free jam low fat mayo eggs cottage cheese splenda ground cinnamon nando's hot sauce dextrose

I am dieting pretty serious now so my cart looks like this: albacore extra lean turkey 5% ground beef shrimp salmon eggs whole wheat bread oatmeal yams sweet potatoes veggies cottage cheese sugar free jelly splenda low carb tortillas I am sure there is more but this is off the top of my head
