you can get fat eating any food
it's all about how much you eat
excess calories are stored as fat
The thing is you're going to want a surplus of calories if you want to gain mass but if you eat clean foods that won't raise insulin and get stored as fat easier (to dumb it down so to speak) and if you train hard that will sort it all out
Eggs are a great food but again u can have too much so work out how many calories you need to reach your goals and create a plan around that
Other good bulking foods are
Steaks, Fish and meats
Clean carbs like oatmeal, sweet potatoes, yams, beans and lentils
and good fats like Flax oils, fish oils and olive oils
