  Hard Gainer Meal!

 Hard Gainer Meal!


Guys I have a great way to get some major calories and protien along w/ carbs from one meal. If you get the Chicken Helper from the Grocery Store and put 4 breast of chicken w/ it you get 5 servings of:

480calories/per serving
40g protein/per serving
25g carbs/ per serving
7g fat/per serving

That is per serving but you could easily eat all of it. If that's the case you could do the math on what you would take in on one meal. Now like I said if you are watching your carbs this is definately not the meal for you but if you are a hard gainer like me that is skinny looking to put on some weight then this will do it. Let me know what you think. Will take advice on other meals as well

Pizza, milk, pastas, rice, beef.

I look at things calorically dense and easy to eat (low volume/water content), eating clean in high volume is hard to adjust too. Since normally you dont increase or decrease more than 1k calories at a time, it should not be a huge issue.
