Would this work?
1) draw up 3ml Isop. Alc into steril syringe.
2) Push Through filter 3) Remove filter, draw up 5ml of Non-sterile oil into the same syringe 4) Push through filter.
5) Draw up solution that you want to filter with same syringe (or should i use a different one?)
6) filter into vial

Forget the ISO just run 3ml of oil thru the filter. The filter will hold 2ml of oil in it unless you purge it with air. So dont forget to purge it or you'll lower your final concentration.
