damn, I couldn't do it. you must love eggs. why not throw in some chicken or lean beef? and I also never heard of an egg white with 7gr of protein, must be one big ass egg.

well, i figured, since the egg has the white, which is mainly protein and the yoke, which is pure fat....that the egg has approx 7g protein as the fat is eliminated.....plus this is a XL egg

yeah, i think whole eggs have 6g of protein, the yolk isnt pure fat, its got some protein and amino's as well... i'd count the whites as 4g which is pretty much the standard as far as counting the protein goes...

Does'nt that get boring?
You're eating far too much of the same thing in my opinion
not only will that get boring too quickly but dairy and eggs are high alergen foods meaning eating them too much can cause you to get intollerant to them

There are no veggies in your diet and from what i can see no essential fats. Add a few tbsps of UDO's oil or flax oil and add a few servings of veggies a day to your diet

Also the carbs from the yoghurt you're eating are not the best type. Sure they are lower gi but well dairy isn't the best source of carbs. Switch to using oatmeal, yams, sweet potatoes at some meals

What kind of portein shakes are you taking? Just whey?

Your last meal is two protein shakes. What is the reasoning for this?
I would have maybe 1 shake and add some udo's oil or natural pb to it to slow down the absorption + I would have a protein blend maybe with casein or miceller casein

What exactly are your stats? Have you worked your calories and macronutrient breakdown by that?

Also when are you training as I don't see a Post workout shake in that

an average egg white has around 4g of protein
whilst the yolk is where all the fat is stored there's still a few grams of protein in the yolk too so all the protein is not stored solely in the egg white
