#1. What does everyone feel about a 6" Tuna sub on wheat, as the choice for going to subway for a meal?
#2. What kind of oil is the stuff that you can put on subs at subway, you know, the Vinegar and oil stuff?

ok i answered my own questions...
#1- The oil is Canola Oil, virgin Olive Oil- is that good or bad for u?
#2- http://subway.com/subwayroot/MenuNu...itionValues.pdf for subway info...hmmm, im suprised at how low in Protein the tuna sub is?
