Low fat and low salt peanut butter good for bulking
I have heard that peanut butter(regular peanut butter) is a good source of protein and calories but it is not good for water retention. If you use low salt and fat will this still be true.

No, use the all natural peanut butter
I get the stuff that's only ingredient is peanuts, no added salt, no sugars, no hydrogenated flim flams
