 New Member Needs Diet Plan

I am 5'6" about 140-145lbs. I just started cardio kickboxing 2-4 times a week. I also run 30-60 minutes 3-5 times a week. I want to lose about 20-25lbs. I don't want to be a stick, I just want to be slim, cut and fit. I normally eat a low carb diet, and I love my energy on it. I feel that I am stuck. I haven't lost any more weight in about 6 weeks. I would love it if someone could help me buy suggesting a diet and exercise plan. I really need something specific because I want to lose the weight right and as quickly as possible. ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated. THANK YOU!!

Well, I basically don't know how to eat "right". All I know is weight watchers or low carb dieting. I don't really have an idea of what a typical day's meal plan should look like. What should I eat? I know to avoid junk food, fried food and refined sugars, but what else? What should I try and eat? Should I count calories? If so, where do I find a listing of calories and there food equivalents?

first i recomment you take your shirt off and show us some pictures to give us an idea of what your body looks like, to show us where to start at... 8P and THEN

eat smaller meals 5-6 times a day (sucks at first, but after a while youll like it)
drink tons of water, so you pee like every 90 mins
no soda's, or juices, or milk

and then each day you should rub all the junk food that you DONT eat (i.e. chocolate syrup, strawberries, whip cream) all over your body and take sommore pic to check how your progress is going...
