Firstly i would imagine it Extremely difficult to bulk up whilst losing bodyfat unless you have gifted and funky genetics or are taking some drugs
but anyway you need to post more info i think like your current weight, goals etc
07:00 Wake up: Two glasses of Water (Take multi –vitamins, )
08:00 Meal 1: Serial with milk sugger and raisons Two glasses of Water Replace cereal with Oatmeal, replace sugar with Splenda. Add protein to this meal! You need protein with each meal. Get some egg whites in (8whites and a whole egg)
11:00 Meal 2: One egg three egg whites Two slices of whole wheat bread Two glasses of Water Not a big fan of bread but if u must. Also need more protein here. Have some tuna or chicken breast ith your bread.
13:00 Meal 3: Two cans of tuna in brine (Alternate weeks can eat bake beans or sweet corn) Four slices of whole wheat bread Two glasses of Water Ok i think you're eating too much bread hehe, replace that with sweet potatos or Yams. Add more greens to your meals and also up the good fats
15:00 Meal 4: whey Protein Shake is this your post workout meal? if so you need to add some Carbs to it. Take around 50-100g of dextrose with your shake (mix it with water) If it's not your pw shake, Add a tbsp or two of flax oil
17:00 Meal 5: Low fat Fruit yogurt and Fruit of choice (Drink multi vitamins) ditch the yogurt, get something higher in protein here. How about more chicken/eggs/tuna or even a shake. I'd personally ditch the fruit and replace with oatmeal
20:00 Meal 6: Main Meal with meat and 3 + portions of vegetables Last glass of Water [b] this meal seems pretty decent, make sure your veggies are not too high in carbs like peas and sweetcorn. Opt for greens, brocolli and cruciferous veggies
All in all I think if you are trying to gain mass your caliories seem a bit low. Make sure you get a good amont of good fats in your diet from Flax oil, Olive oil, Natural peanut butter, Fish oils and oily fish like salmon.
