If you are going to bake, then it should be done after filtering.

And you'd have to fuck up pretty bad to get an abcess. Or you'd have to have AIDS or something that causes a weak immune system. Even when I inject testosterone that I get from the pharmacy, I am introducing some bacteria into the muscle. This isn't a problem for normal people, but for patients with virtually no immune system, this is a significant issue.
