i just finished my 2 weeks initial phase of CKD did the carbup day and now im back on CKD. The initial 2 weeks i was using pure ephedrine with it. Now im using Clenbuterol with it, just started yesterday.
today is my first day back in ketosis since the carb up day. i got up this morning went to the gym came home and slept from 8-10... still felt like shit slept from 10-12 yet again from 12-4. Now i have this rediculess headache.
Is it just my body adjusting to the diet again ? or is the Clenbuterol conflicting with the diet? |

Clen gives some people headaches. I think Fyre was saying that she doesn't enjoy Clen because of the headaches.
Try and increase your water comsumption and see if that helps.
This may seem crazy as well, but you might also want to try taking your Clen right before you fall a sleep at night. I did this and I felt zero sides from Clen. If I don't believe this, then send Biggie a PM and ask him how he likes to run his Clen.

My first cycle of Clen i had minor headaches every now and then but never anything major.... this time i didnt taper up so that could also be the problem... ill try increasing my water intake... thanks for the advice

I can also attest to the fact that after taking pure ephedrine for more than a few days, the second day off of it you can have withdrawals. I used to get them like whoa when I was doing my Pure Power ripped Fuel ripped Fuel Xtreme cocktails 5 days on 2 days off. The second day off was always a bitch lol
