i am really good about eating fruit, not so good about veggies. fruits are excellent to eat too right? i know they have more sugare and less nutrients but still they are good, right? the fruit i eat each day: grapefruit, orange, apple, prunes, some dried peaches. |

try to limit your fruit consumption to 1-2 servings per day. as fructose replinishes liver glycogen stores first, which can lead to spill over into fat cells if not being used.. I believe the liver can store 60-80g carbs.

fructose can be stored as fat without the presence of insulin.

although i go against some peoples' beliefs, i think you should get in some fruit every day. however, you also NEED to get your veggies, they are chock full 'o the goodness your body needs.
