 This Is How I'm Cutting

I'm not following any strict numbers. Just low carb, less than 100 per day. I eat two carb meals per day (breakfast and pre-workout) and the rest is just protein. I eat every two hours. Cardio 3x a week with just a scoop of whey in my stomach. For my cardio I just run a mile at a moderate pace (about 8 minutes or so). My lifting is the same. I also threw in an EC stack every 4 hours. How's this look?

Ahh figured I should add some stats. 6'3" right now, and was 180 or so when I started. I'm down to about 178 now. Was 8-9% bodyfat, hope to get to 6% by March.

Yeah, I am quite thin. I have made some strides though. About 1.5 years ago I weighed 160. So I've put on some size. Although I'm so tall, it's hard to tell I've put on much size. A lot of people guess I still weigh 160, and they're shocked when I mention I'm actually 180.

Oh yea, but after I get my bodyfat low enough for an upcoming vacation, I'll start to bulk a little again. I'd like to get 200 pounds at 7-8% and maintain that.

hmmmm well IMO its best to keep track of nutrient breakdown..carbs/protein/fat, this way if you have a plateau you can play around with those ratios.
also, how long do you plan to go 100g carbs/day? will you be having refeeds? and why no carbs POST workout!
