Believed it or not i have never tasted Oatmeal, is it good? How many servings a day is good

Wow, atherjen is going to love this question , lol, it's one of the best things you can eat i do believe, the oat kind, not the kind in little packages, is the best for you. I reccomend it, i know some people eat it many times a day. SO i knwo it wont be bad thing if you eat it.

Yeah, oatmeal is a very good bodybuilding food. I eat it every day with my breakfast. I read that Jay Cutler eats oatmeal 3 or 4 times a day.

oatmeal is a great low glycemic carb, and excelent fiber source, but I never could eat it 3 or 4 times a day

Oatmeal is an awesome complex carb source! I use the regular oats as opposed to the packaged instant oatmeal.
Myself, I have it at least twice a day, sometimes three times.
Oatmeal, some splenda and some cinnamon, Yum!

I have oatmeal very first breakfast. The real rolled oats not the package instant stuff. I make mine with alittle cinanmon, raisins and stivia plus. Really helps with digestion. Love the stuff.
