  bulking: am i eating enough

 bulking: am i eating enough

It seems like I am eating every minute of everyday. My meals are usually spaced no more than 2-3 hours apart except for when I sleep or if I take a nap during the day (in which case, isnt sleeping good for gains too?)

I eat often, but I dont think my meals are big enough. Even if i were to have larger portions, i couldnt finish it all. How does my diet look. Im natural, also.

meal 1:
either 3 egg whites + 2 whole eggs or 1.5 scoops of Optimum whey in water
1/2 cup oatmeal in 1 cup skim milk or 2 pieces of toast with PB & honey
1 cup cottage cheese
OJ
Mulitvitamin & vitamin c

meal 2:
protein shake with fruit

meal 3:
rice, black beans, chicken, slasa, cheese

Pre workout-meal 4:
N-large shake

15 minutes before workout:
1 serving american stamina

workout

Post workout-Meal 5:
N-large shake

Meal 6:
Large dinner, usually consisting of chicken or steak, beans, rice, banana, PB.

Meal 7: (sometimes if i have time)
Maybe an N-large, Or Protein shake, or Cottage cheese

I also drink a lot of milk. I go through a gallon of skim ever 3-4 days.

How does this look? Any comments, suggestions.

looks good to me, although I would add some healthy fats to meal 2. remove the fats in you post workout meal and put it in your before bed meal! and I wouldnt have the Nlarge before bed... the cottage cheese, some milk and peanut butter would be great.

I would also agree to avoid the N-Large. I briefly looked at the nutriont facts of that stuff once, and it seemed to be overly abundant in sugar. The cottage cheese and peanut butter are definately a better source of calories.
