dont know what this is going to do for me could someone help in the morning i eat 2 eggs and drink 2 scoops of 100% whey then dinner i eat chicken then lift weights and at night i have 2 eggs and drink 2 scoops of 100% whey 22g of protein in each scoop

i just want to know if it is enough protein and what does protein do for you

protein is made up of amino acids, the building blocks of muscle. therefore an adequate amount is required each day to repair and build muscle tissue.
if your goal is to build muscle then no, that is not enough protein. you should aim for the minimum of 1g/lb bodyweight, 1.5g/lb being ideal. You should also be eating smaller more frequent meals, every 2.5-3hrs max, each one having a protein source to keep a steady flow of amino acids in your blood.

thank you i am trying to build muscle i weigh 220 so i should eat 440g of protein could you give me a good eating guide for a day
