How many eggs is TOO many eggs?
Isn't there a point where your eating too many eggs? This could be ignorance, but doesn't it cause heart problems and things like that if you eat too many eggs? If this is true, does anyone know how many eggs is too much? I usually have 3 eggs a day for breakfast. I'm not too worried, but i've noticed some people on here eat a shit load of eggs. as long as your blood work is ok, i don't see a problem, especially since the average american eats three krispy kremes for breakfast.

oh yeah? haha, it's kind of funny in a stupid way, but ever hear of that wrestler Yokozuna??? the really fat guy,, anyway, i heard somewhere that he died of a heart attack and they were saying he ate like 15 eggs a day (along with LOTS of other shit), and i just remember my dad keeps telling me i shouldn't eat so many eggs cause it's bad on the heart,,, but maybe it's because i don't help pay for groceries and he doesn't want me to eat so much haha ??
How many of you get your blood tested and on how regular of a basis? I've never done it, should i?
